Report contacting us has it that the academic staff union of colleges has set out to leave on an uncertain strike activity. 

This took after a broad consultation that went on for three days. 

All individuals from the union have been coordinated against going to instruct or including themselves in any academic activities. 

A record titled "Strike Bulletin No.1", which was marked and issued by Ogunyemi, ASUU said the strike activity was to be an aggregate, extensive and uncertain activity whereby no type of scholastic exercises including instructing, participation of any meeting, direct and supervision of any examination at any level, supervision of venture or theory at any level should occur at any of the country's colleges. 

As indicated by the record, all methods for arrangement had been abused before the choice on an uncertain strike activity was come to. 

The teachers have griped of poor financing of colleges, part-installment of pay rates of speakers, non installment of earned stipends among others.
