The Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu, said that the strike activity set out upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), may end in two days. 

He unveiled this amid a meeting with newsmen. As indicated by him, the present organization has an arrangement of drawing in unions, including ASUU. 



"I trust and trust this would be a maybe a couple days strike. We have an arrangement of drawing in the unions, including ASUU and I think now we are intense. 

"This is the first run through in two years that ASUU is pronouncing a strike," Adamu said. 

It was likewise learnt that the Minister additionally held a shut entryway meeting with the pioneer of the Federal Government Renegotiation Team, Dr. B. O Babalakin (SAN). 

Babalakin had in January, initiated the 16-part group to renegotiate the 2009 understanding between the FG and ASUU
